You are responsible for ensuring your use complies with applicable laws, including export and electronics safety regulations in your region.
4. Accounts
Some features require an account. You agree to provide accurate information, keep credentials confidential, and notify us promptly at support@circuithub.com of unauthorized access. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or pose a security risk.
5. License to use the Service
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for personal, educational, or internal business purposes. You may not scrape, reverse engineer, resell access, or use automated means to extract data at scale without our prior written consent.
6. User content
You retain ownership of User Content you submit. By submitting User Content, you grant Circuit Hub a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, display, distribute, and adapt it as needed to operate and promote the Service (for example, thumbnails, excerpts, and search indexing).
You represent that you own or have the necessary rights to your submissions, that they do not infringe third-party intellectual property or privacy rights, and that they comply with applicable laws. You are solely responsible for User Content you publish.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Upload malware, exploits, or instructions intended to harm systems or people
- Harass, threaten, or discriminate against others
- Impersonate any person or misrepresent your affiliation
- Post content that is unlawful, defamatory, or sexually exploitative of minors

We may remove content or restrict access that violates these rules, with or without notice, at our sole discretion.
8. Third-party services
The Service integrates third-party tools (including Wokwi for simulation, GitHub for repositories, and hosting/analytics providers). Your use of those services is governed by their respective terms. We are not responsible for third-party availability, accuracy, or data practices.
9. Intellectual property
The Circuit Hub name, logo, site design, and original Content we create are protected by intellectual property laws. Except as expressly allowed, you may not copy, modify, or create derivative works of our branding or proprietary materials without written permission.
Open-source and community Content may be subject to separate licenses indicated on each project page. You must comply with those licenses when reusing materials.
10. Hardware & safety disclaimer
Important: Electronics projects involve real-world risk — including electric shock, fire, battery failure, and injury from tools or soldering. Simulations and tutorials are for educational purposes. They may contain errors, omit safety steps, or not reflect your exact components.
Always follow manufacturer datasheets, local electrical codes, and appropriate safety practices. You assume all risk when building, powering, or deploying any hardware based on Content from the Service. Circuit Hub does not provide professional engineering, legal, or safety advice.
11. Disclaimers
THE SERVICE AND ALL CONTENT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND ACCURACY. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
12. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CIRCUIT HUB AND ITS TEAM, CONTRIBUTORS, AND SUPPLIERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, OR HARDWARE, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE OR RELIANCE ON CONTENT — EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SERVICE IS LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM, OR (B) INR 5,000 (OR EQUIVALENT IN YOUR LOCAL CURRENCY). SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW CERTAIN LIMITATIONS; IN THOSE CASES, OUR LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE MINIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Circuit Hub from claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your User Content, your use of the Service, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.
14. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access for breach of these Terms, legal requirements, or prolonged inactivity. Sections that by nature should survive (including licenses granted for already-published content, disclaimers, liability limits, and indemnity) will survive termination.
15. Changes
We may modify these Terms by posting an updated version on this page with a new effective date. Material changes will be highlighted on the site or communicated by email where appropriate. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance. If you disagree with updated Terms, you must stop using the Service.
